My whole family converted last Xmas. We have BI and AI in our house... Before iPod and After iPod...lol... all vehicles now have iPod controls and the CD's hardly ever get played unless burning to iPod. The one problem I have is finding a specific artist if their name is towards the end of the Alphabet...lol... I have over 2400 songs on my Nano, including videos and three one hour long concerts on it. All that makes for searching to be somewhat cumbersome. I started to go for a fancy-schmancy multi-disc player and ended up with this 1 DIN head unit saving tons of space, and once I started using my iPod on it I got addicted. I seldom get in the car now without my iPod going with me. $109 for the stereo, it included all the cables, and I used the other $300 I'd budgeted for a nice JL series 1100 watt amp and nice 10" JL sub in a plain wrapper box in the trunk...
sub:
Sub box is mounted on a sheet of the hook side of velcro, and a piece runs along the upper back and sticks to the back of that seat. It's been there for almost a year, took it down three race tracks, multiple pulls, and it's never moved an inch.
