Need to buy the full set. Even though the actual wiring is located behind the black fog cover. You need the multifunction switch. Besides that you would need the foglight w/bulb and the fog light cover.

Then your going to have to have them activated from the dealership through the Canbus system. That procedure will cost you about 110$ on top of buying the fog light kit.
