It's getting oil. I removed the drain line hose at the bottom and placed the end of the line in an oil can. Started the motor. The oil is making it through the Turbo. How much oil flow does it require? Example: A steady oil flow as if you open a drain plug. A fast drip or a slow drip.
A few minutes, at the temps a turbo gets, I would think is enough to cook it.
If you're getting oil, then I don't know why it died.
