Re: New coil and spark cables.
The MSD coil is overkill for this application and it will increase the load on the module that fires it and may damage the unit ....Seems that the electrical components in these vehicles are barely adequate for stock use....I see no reason to add any unnecessary load..
The wires should be fine , I use MSD wires on almost everything I have when replacement time comes. Kinda pricey but cheaper in the long run...
