Welcome to the Forum. Yep, their are a couple of Coil over Kits out there, but they are expensive. Eibach makes both just the drop springs which run close to your price range, and then the Coil Over kit for right in the neighborhood of $600.00 plus. If you want to keep your ride quality, and stay on budget, I would probably look at just dropping the rear. A mild drop like Slayer mentioned will give you a bit of a rougher ride, but still manageable, however if you want to remedy the ride quality then you are talking about going back into more money with aftermarket struts.
