If it bottoms out real easy, either your shocks/struts or springs are shot. If you lowered it yourself with lowering springs, then you forgot to cut the bump stops.

You can cut the bump stops even if you didn't lower it yourself to stop it hitting on bumps but your bypassing the point of my first statement.
