[This is slightly around the subject of the thread - True Story]
When I was in Biology class in college, our teacher was explaining to us the necessities that make a living thing alive (I recall oxygen, reproduction, and water). One of my classmates tells the teacher that a rock can be a living thing. The teacher laughs in disbelief and asks him to explain himself. Then my classmate says, "Well, a rock can live in oxygen without any problems, then the rock reacts to water by getting wet, and when it breaks, it reproduces." My teacher then laughs and says, "You, shouldn't be in here...you should become a car salesman."
