I noticed mine was a little soft in corners and I was down 2-3 PSI - so I pumped them up. (they were all even in pressure).
As it gets colder still, check them again...
Helps tire life, handling and gas mileage.
(Yes, in spite of the ridicule heaped on Obama during the campaign, tire pressure DOES impact gas mileage).

All very true. Tire pressure can also be a safety issue where there is a wide seasonal temperature variation. It's especially true in the hot Southwest where the weight carrying capacity of 40 PSI at 110 degrees is not as much as the weight carrying capacity of 40 PSI at 70 degrees. Unfortunately, if we all properly inflate our tires, we would still need to import oil or drill more in the USA.
