thanks for the advice.
we called the dealer today and they said they would not charge for diagnosis
as long as we had the work done there. if not, we'd have to pay $150 to take it somewhere else. this is riverdale chrysler. sounds pretty wrong to me, especially if the work done is warranty work
(the questionable transmission problem, not the stuck CD).
this is exactly what we expected and what we're trying to avoid...
