It's already been said about the downside so I won't go into that but I would say that 20/40/10 doesn't cover very much and in this day and age where everyone sues at the drop of a hat, you might find your self in a heap of trouble if you happen to be at fault and the other party sues. The progressive quote sounds too cheap for your age and driving record so you better read the fine print.
