Hi Jack,
Thanks for the feedback. I don't travel much, but I do spend a long time in my car every day. I have a long commute each day in very heavy traffic (Metro DC), and on a really bad night (i.e. every Friday in summer) it can take me 2 to 21/2 hours to get home. I am SICK(sorry for shouting) of commercial radio and the mindless ads that fill their airwaves. I like oldies/classic rock and all I hear on local stations is the same stuff over and over again. I have a limited supply of CDs and I even get sick of them when I listen to them continuously.

So that is why I am looking at the Sat. radio - purely for the variety and lack of ads and dumb DJ's! How is the reception with it? Does bad weather affect it all? [:I]
