Mine actually does it when parked, or if I'm idling at a stop light for a bit. The really odd thing is it happens at the most random times for no apparant reason. My main concern isn't when it does it when it's parked and idling in neutral, but more along the lines of when it dies a few seconds before I am about to put the car back into first gear and get on my way after sitting at a stop light.
As far as fault codes, it hasn't thrown *any*
