The 150 HP Chrysler claims for the PT 2.4 L engine is SAE Net Horsepower measured at the flywheel with an engine dynamometer. If Chrysler isn't lying then you aren't either!
These guys are measuring horsepower at the drive wheels after the transmission and related parts have used 15 to 25% of the power. These losses are called powertrain or parasitic losses. This is not something unique to the PT. It applies to all cars.
