I have been reading all of the information on this forum about BOV's and now the question arises:
If the aftermarket BOV conversion kit (assume the one that can be purchased through Mopar) is supposed to be better for the turbo by reducing the back-pressure under deceleration by allowing it to "blow off" (reason for the name

), why doesn't Chrysler install it as a part of the total package...especially if this piece of equipment could lengthen the lifespan of the system and does not cause any serious issues?!?!?!
