Intake System Question
I have reviewed most of the conversations that have taken place concerning the aftermarket "cold air intake system". The question that I have though is, do they really provide the performance enhancements as advertised over the standard box setup with a K&N style filter? Or is a placebo affect of the sound making one think that there is better performance?
It seems that the possible volume of air intake is equivalent between the two systems. I could be mistaken but...
I am performing further investigation and analysis on this, so any help would be appreciated before a purchase like this is made.
