I installed mine last night and it took me 3:30 for the entire thing.
It was long because:
1. I started at 11:00PM with one fluoresent lamp
2. my car had other things that needed to remove.
3. the damm manifold gasket was glued to the lower manifold. I had to scrape all that crap very slowly and carefully to keep it from falling into the engine

it was well worht the effort and time. I did the transmition learning thing and after the learning phaze was done, I got the honor to street race with a BMW 325i with some mods at 2:30AM.
The guy was amazed that a "Wagon" had beated the ultimate driving machine!!!

When you floor it, you can hear the fuel pump pushing a lot of fuel (it reminded me of the Barry Grant fuel pumps in the race cars) to the engine and a kick in th but forward!
