My Five-Star Chrysler*Jeep Dealer charges $29.95 for a lube, oil, and filter (parts & labor). This seems reasonable to me. Also, they allow me to bring in my own oil (Mobile 1) and filter which I did just recently for my 6,000 service.
For the oil/filter change I was only charged for the labor--$15.06. Guess I'm fortunate to have an excellent dealership. However, I have made the "extra effort" to develop a positive working relationship with staff which I believe has paid off for me in receiving excellent service.
