Yes you will bypass the factory one.

Use the turbo fitting on the left side of the turbo inlet. You will need to connect a "Tee" off it. From this line, connect it to the e01 solenoid, and to the wasetgate fitting. Cap off the factory line to the solenoid. This settup will let the computer still have control of the factory boost solenoid and think it is all there.

For the RPM signal wire, I used the "#1 Coil wire" at the PCM connector, I will give you the color code tonight. The drawback is that you will have to set up the e01 to monitor a 2 CYl car for correct RPM info on the screen. If you don't do this, it will display twice the real RPM.
