The instructions have a few errors.
It looks that the instructions where made with a bare engine or there is a bad QC when the cars where built. Here is my Addendum:

Remove the air filter housing and the turbo intake pipe.

It says to remove the three screw holding the PCM bracket, there are actualy Four.

It also tells you after you have installed everything, to clean the manifold gasket residue. This should be right after the top intake manifold removal and covering the intake ports.

In the removal of the thermostat/filler port, there is a bracket installed to one of the screws, It also has a 1/4" screw on the side of the thermostat housing that holds this bracket. It needs to be removed for the thermostat cover to move.

The BOV install is kind of screwy also.
