GENTLY pry the square panel around the window buttons away from the center console. Under that panel will be a single screw which holds the rest of the center console outter plate in place. You might have to pry the bottom part of the plate out a bit to get it started. You will then have access to the panel where the power outlet goes and can see if there is any pre-wiring already in place so you can just add the outlet.
