I was wondering about that too. I think that they were just being too conservative with the 2003 models and the 220HP rating is closer to the actual HP rating. Same thing goes with the SRT4 HP rating for 2004, up to 230HP. If you can advertise a power improvement for the next model year and change absolutely nothing, and still be able to back up the increase in power... why not do it?
