We average around 17.5-18.5 in town and have done as well as 19mpg. On the road at 80 mph it rarely ever gets better than 22.5, although we did have a couple of 24+ mpg runs on our recent trip, but they were downhill...lol[8)]! (We live in Florida[8D]) We didn't really think it was going to be an econo-car anyway, and even our Corvette gets better mileage. It just wouldn't hold all our junk in it for the trip. The PT does do better than our Astro van though at 16/20 it was never an economy deal either.
