Mr. Blonde, The only way to approach this is to use a continuity meter (an Ohm meter). Remove the steerinmg column cover, disconnect the switch plug, and remove the plug in the back of the Timer module. Check for continuity in all wires from the plug that goes into the module to the inside of the plug that goes into the ignition switch. If you have continuity there there is nothing wrong with the wiring. If the wiring checks out then the module is probably at fault and needs to be replaced.
