Did you read the quote? They are pursuing the E.O. exemption and currently revising the warranty policy. These issues have not been completed yet so how can they be expressed in a magazine?

Well what ticked me about the article in Sept Mopar Mag is that they talk about the go fast gear in great detail - but don't mention any of the practical limitations like CARB etc - which we all know about. It seems only fair to me that an article that is essentially advertising should carry a "Please note" clause. I doubt they would publish any letter I send on the subject, but if they did it might make some of the guys who want to spend their hard earnt $$$ send a letter or two to Mopar asking why can't we do these upgrades legally. There is no harm in keeping their feet to the fire.[}

FYI: The article starts with a comment that SEMA has noted that the aftermarket retail sales for 2002 were $182 BILLION, of which almost $27 BILLION went for performance parts and accessories. Mopar doesn't get all of that obviously but the market is very large for this stuff - a lot larger that I thought it was.
