Default Beep when car starts moving after changing front brake pads. No error code.

I just changed the front brake pads on my 2001 PT Cruiser and everything seemed to go just fine, but now the car is making a beeping sound whenever the car starts moving after coming to a full stop. There is no visible warning lights and I cannot get an error code to display using the odometer and key trick.

I have driven around the neighborhood and the car seems to be operating correctly without any discernible noises or pulling to one side or another when braking. I had to remove some some of the brake fluid when I was compressing the calipers to get them back on, but the level is now solidly between the high and low marks on the side.

Does anyone know what my problem could be and/or how to correct it? I have already pulled the pads off one time and put it all back together and it displays the same problems.
