Dave,

If you want to match the front scuff pads, do what a lot of others do. Buy two new front pads from the dealer, trim them a bit, cut off the small nipples on the bottom and glue or 3M them on at the rear door sills. If you can't do the trimming yourself, a good neighbor or someone you know who's handy with tools can help you.
