I think it depends on if you are doing labor or not! I have found that a suspension guy wants to do a complete job and will adjust his labor to get you to do it all rather than in expensive chunks. Same thing for mechanics! So I would do suspension complete - two bars springs, shocks, bushings etc. Then I would do stage 1 and 2 if desired and ready, intake, exhaust and BOV!
