According to a local mechanic that does a lot of PTs you should watch your rotor thickness (the rotors tend to wear quickly) and a rotor out of spec is an unwarranted item. Brake failure with out of spec rotors could be denied coverage.
You might check slotted or drilled rotors as replacements, usually not that much more an made with harder metal.
