After you go past the turbo, air flow isn't significantly faster in a turbo than in an NA. The air is denser. The volume is still the same at any given rpm because the engine c.i. is still the same. There are just more air molecules per unit volume (boost). P&P should help the turbo as much as the NA.

In a port injected engine, the fuel mixture is only in the head.
