That's because you can't make a header for the Turbo. The turbo is built-into the exhaust manifold.
I just got this reply back when I asked him if it would be Cat-Back or Turbo-Back:
"I called our exhaust department, they said that they will be looking at both and if we do make a turboback the turbine outlet will be made from cast iron. However, the final word will be a decision based upon engineering's and accounting's findings. Whichever one we release, be assured that it will make more HP. If it didn't, we wouldn't manufacture it."
