I was just reading this thread started by FRM3:

and noticed that he mentions resetting his PCM after each run due to some funky boost issues he was having. This brought to mind another thread from awhile back:

In the 2nd thread 3Bar stated that Quick Learn procedure MAY have to be repeated each time the PCM is reset. This seems to me like it would render any attempts to do any tuning at the track (and possibly at the dyno) useless since you would most likely need to keep resetting after each change.
Thus my question to all of you (esp 3Bar) is does not performing the Quick Learn process before going to WOT really hinder performance a lot? Or even worse, would it cause any added long term damage to the trans?
