For those who don't know Dalite personally, and yes I'm biased, Dalite thinks "outside the box" on most subjects which creates a lot of thought to be given to a subject from differing perspectives -- which is good. People like myself, who think mostly inside the box, have to catch-up to see the forest for the trees. Granted, sometimes those who "think outside the box" may be wrong; however, that comes with the territory. I'm not sure where I was headed with this...[8)]
