Technically no. But if you look at the export PT headlights pictured below, the low beams have a large heat shield, the opening is much larger, and the H-7 bulb plugs into an adapter. The high beams (9005) are to the right of the picture to give you an idea of the size difference. So even if you wanted to, there isn't any way to buy the H-7 adapter and then to make it fit your PT. The black box, with the wires coming out, you see below and to the left of the low beam is the headlight adjusting motor. Export parts cannot be ordered (special order or otherwise) through stateside dealers, Chrysler's main parts distribution center will not ship out the parts (I know first hand, I tried to order the headlight adjusting switch).
