Ok guys after a lenthy talk with NGK R&D I was able to come up with way more info on this topic!

Finally NGK has released the NGK plugs for the 2.4L chrysler A853 engines.

Here is the number again:

stock number #4306
Part number LVTR5A-13

m.s.r.p. $5.58 each
retail $3.46 each

Here is more info on this subject, NGK was to be the original plug for the SRT-4 but Champion beat the pricing (lowest bidder). after this was said and done NGK was left with 300,000 pieces(spark plugs) but now they are releasing them to the aftermarket!

These will fit the turbo and non turbo versions of the A853 engine.

Some plug info:

These are a step colder than the Champion RE14MCC5.
Special design
Tapered seat
extended projector (the V designation on LVTR5A-13)
.050" gap (-13 designation)

so there you have it, a step colder than stock and direct replacement as these were to be the OEM supplier of the SRT-4 plugs.
