i dont know about the offset but this tire size should be more than okay. itll give you 3.70" of sidewall. stock is 4.43". so when you add it up the overall tire hieght is still less then 0.10 inches less than stock. no problem. your speedo will be off. while it reads 70 you'll be doing 71mph.
if anyone out there has done 245/45-18. id like to hear about it.
