Steve,

I've been doing the air blow drying thing for a long time. If your have a Shop Vac or any of the canister vacuums, you can put the hose in the blow hole and use it to blow off most of the water. It's a little more cumbersome than the blower you show but the Shop Vac doubles for sucking up the dirt on the inside too.
