Why would it not be available in Canada?
Dont' listen to the dealer...with my Dad's GMC Envoy here in Canada we had CRAZY problems in dealing with the dealer as they refused to believe there was a TSB#...we had to have GM Canada call them personally while we were there. Later on we found they did indeed know about it...can't trust a lot of dealers...
