Here is a quick test to see if your car needs to be clay barred. After you wash and dry your car, get a plastic sandwich bag, put your hand in it and gently glide your had across the finish (start on the lower section which is most exposed to foreign road particles.) if you feel any resistance what so ever, you need to clay. test again after you clay and the bag will glide like silk over glass.
