I know I'm getting off the exhaust subject . . .
If your car is covered by the TSB (do you have a copy? Do a search for TSB 1802903) then you should get the new PCM. Even if you are planning on Stage 1, you will have a new stock PCM in case you need it in the future.
I am planning in Stage 1 also but it can wait now that my car runs so much better.
BTW, I have the BTG axle back exhaust (muffler). I like it although it is a bit loud. Take a look at my albums for pics.
