Have your battery checked. Some cheaper alarms simply use a voltage sensing ciruit to monitor the car, when the door opens the dome light comes on and in result there is a slight voltage drop on the battery. Sometimes if an alarm is using a voltage sensing ciruit and the battery is getting old, it will cause false alarms. Worth a shot if nothing else works.
