Here in GA, the Strom Troopers......err, State EPA, has tests in the 13 County Metro Atlanta area that include not only tailpipe and OBD hookups, but then you have to run your vehicle on a dyno, which, by their own admission, they know will cause 30% more failures since the car is under load.Fortunately, I live one county away, and it's a very poor sparsely populated county, so hopefully we can keep it out of there for a few more years.
