I know what you mean (although my dealer isn't too bad) but making a list might be a bad idea, as far as legality goes. Mentioning problems and even naming the dealer is your opinion and guaranteed by the first amendment, but actually making a list and publishing it, even if it's only on a forum, might be a case for slander by those dealers. Just a thought, I'm no lawyer, and as I said before I can hardly read and understand my auto insurance policy because of the double-speak, although I like my rates...time will tell how good it is when and if I ever need to use it.
