Hopefully Gary (TurbomanGT) will see your question and come to the rescue. If it's only scratched on the clearcoat, there should be a couple of ways to hide/cover it. Gary will kill me for this...but I clean the area really well, then use a very small amount of polishing compound (gently). Then MeQuiar's swirl remover, and a coat of wax. If it's really a light scratch, sometimes the swirl remover gets rid of it by itself.
