about something, the vehicle will be worked on, but not to happily. IF a customer was sane and didn't get excited or threatening they would do everything to make them happy

even loaning them a vehicle.
My advise: KEEP COOL[|)] when dealing with the dealership, HAPPY customers are like money in the bank. Good referals = Good HAPPY custoners
