Chevy's Lumina van that they had was made of the same material and then they came out with the Venture and it is made of steel. There must have been some reason for them not to stay with it. Perhaps it was an economy thing. I remember when the Saturns first came out, they had one at our local mall and they invited anyone to kick or bang the side of it to demonstrate how tough it was.
