That's right,
almost 33mpg on the last leg of my road trip this past weekend returning from the
Nortwest Regional PT Event held at Mossyrock, WA (located between Mt. Rainier and Mount St. Helens). I know what you may be thinking--he [B)] didn't "top off" the gas tank so the mileage is not correct. Wrong!

In fact, after the pump shut off automatically the first time (which is when I normally stop pumping) I continued to pump until it shut off again. Then, I checked my gas gauge (just to make sure everything was accurate) and the needle showed the normal reading when the tank is totally full. Thus, my conclusion was--NO USER ERROR!!! [|)]
I drove just over 500 miles during this trip. My last "fill-up" was for 115 miles of driving on straight highway, no wind, cruising between 60-80 mph with no traffic slow-downs, and no "lead-foot" on my part. I use Chevron Supreme gasoline (92 octane). My High Output Turbo engine now has over 7000 miles on it and I've been using 5W-30 Mobil 1 since 3700 miles.
Any thoughts on why my gas mileage was so OUTSTANDING? [:I] [:I]
