Gary;
I'm referring to the pipe that goes from the stock airbox to the turbo. It's built like a muffler with a fairly small tube down the center that has holes through it and baffle chambers around the outside(you can see some of it from the top end). The pipe is welded together at a flange near the bottom elbow where you can saw it apart and remove the inner tube. You then have to machine out the "bulkheads" in both ends that support the inner tube (a real PITA) and epoxy the whole mess back together. This is in addition to the 2 silencers in the airbox, and by far the most restrictive. I hope this answers your question.
