We have a front, just no rear, despit the factory window sticker,that says we do.

The higher pressure will keep the sidewall from rolling over as much, making handleing a little better.

On my 89 caravan turbo, I had to replace the stock 205 70 15's, which had a lot of sidewall roll with 225 55 15 performance tires, with a stiffer sidewall design, and filled them to about 44 psi. Yes they fit, and only touch in one place inside the wheel well if I turn the wheel all the way, but only a very little. Anyway the van handles better than my moms stock focus ZX3 in the curves. It allso lowered it a little, which helped cneter of gravity.
