Gary, I don't know why I listed the turn signal, had a brain fa*rt. Here's the info for fog lights in Washington state:
Washingston state has adopted the Federal Motor Vheicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108 for aftermarket lighting devices.
Fog lamps (SAE J583), aftermarket fog lamps shall be white to amber only
Now this says 'aftermarket fog lamps', I would imagine that anything not aftermarket would have to be OEM color.
