Definitely! If you lower it you should get an alignment, at least have it checked. A small drop may not require re-aligning but how can you tell just by looking at it. Better to be on the safe side and at very least have the alignment checked, other wise you may be buying tires a lot sooner than you though.
After I replaced my struts/shocks and springs I had the front and rear aligned. Did not need a camber kit, came into alignment without one.
